The Sales OS is $5,000, one-time. Each question shapes how we build for you. Almost every setup clears; if yours needs a different door, we point you to it before any money moves.
Company computer? You will need rights to install Claude Desktop. A cloud-synced folder is optional. If your company blocks installs or our links, a personal computer is the smooth path; the OS is yours, not your employer's.
Why we ask: Mac and Windows installs are prepped differently, and a locked-down machine may require IT approval. Your answer keeps us from selling you a setup your computer cannot run.
Why we ask: your OS runs inside your own Claude account. If Claude is off the table where you work, we stop before checkout and help you evaluate the company lane without promising a different product.
This is the good part: the system is built on your real accounts and your real pipeline, in your voice. It is what makes it yours.
Why we ask: we only build where you are covered. Your heavy deal data loads through your own Claude account into the Sales OS folder on your computer at the install call, not through HUMN systems. A cloud-synced folder is optional. The smaller intake set you send us is deleted within 90 days of delivery acceptance. Anthropic processes Cowork sessions under your Claude plan. The privacy policy spells all of it out.

The current Sales OS v2 uses Claude Cowork with a normal folder on your computer that you own. A cloud-synced folder is optional. A locked-down computer or a company that does not allow Claude can block that exact workflow.
We will not sell you a substitute or claim compatibility we have not tested. A human will confirm whether your IT-approved setup can run Sales OS v2, or whether the company lane is the right next step.
