Who provides the service

Paid session scope and price

An Individual session is $1,000 USD for one person discussing their own selling work. A Business session is $2,000 USD for company-sponsored work or a discussion involving multiple attendees. Up to five client attendees may join a Business session focused on one business problem.

Both are 60-minute remote sessions. Both Nick and Daniel join every session, as confirmed before payment. The session includes a short intake, both founders reading it, the hour together, and a one-page written note of the decisions and next steps sent within one business day. A Business session also includes a written scope when a build is the agreed next step. Recording, a transcript, extensive preparation, implementation, ongoing access and further follow-up are not included. Late arrival does not extend the end time.

Payment and confirmation

Once activated, paid booking requires full payment through Calendly’s Stripe connection before confirmation. The booking must show the exact host, duration, price, currency, meeting location and accepted terms. A website return page does not establish payment or an appointment.

Any applicable tax and the final amount must be shown before payment.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund.
• Inside 24 hours, there is no refund. You may reschedule once. A missed session uses the same one-reschedule allowance, not an additional allowance.
• A late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time.
• If HUMN declines the topic or cannot deliver the session, you receive a full refund. If HUMN needs to move it, choose another time or a full refund.
• Request cancellation or rescheduling through the links in your provider confirmation, or email hello@humnminds.ai with your booking reference. For a refund, email that address. A calendar cancellation does not itself prove a refund has been issued; check the payment-provider refund confirmation.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Provider processing time can vary. Contact HUMN Minds if your eligible refund has not been confirmed.

Fit calls, events and custom work

A free 15-minute fit call establishes fit and scope; it does not include the working advice sold in a paid session. Speaking engagements, keynotes, workshops, travel, larger groups and multi-session work require a custom inquiry even if an event lasts one hour.

Sales OS, Coaching OS and other custom projects are inquiry-only. Scope, availability, price, delivery, ownership, licensing and support are agreed individually in writing. Neither an inquiry nor a paid session purchases or reserves an operating system, and neither guarantees that HUMN will accept a custom build.

Session credit: if you start a separately agreed custom build within 30 days of your session, $500 of that session fee is credited against the build's first invoice. One credit per build, applied to the buyer who paid for the session, and not redeemable for cash.

Your information and decisions

Only discuss information you are authorized to share. Do not submit confidential employer or customer documents in the session intake. Our privacy policy explains how submitted information is handled.

The aim is clearer decisions and practical next steps. There is no guarantee of revenue, a deal outcome or any other result. You remain responsible for decisions and for checking advice against your circumstances and policies.

Existing customers and historical agreements

Existing orders keep their accepted terms, support and access. The August 28, 2026 purchase terms are preserved as a historical archive. Archived prices and services are not current offers.

When booking opens

The booking page shows that both Nick and Daniel join every session, plus availability, price, currency, meeting location and accepted terms before payment. The version accepted when a customer books will govern that session.
