Business identity and purpose
Public brand: HUMN Minds
Legal entity: TGAI LLC dba HUMN Minds
Business: AI operating-system design and implementation for sellers, coaches, and teams
Support and security contact: hello@humnminds.ai
Employees use the public site to review services, run a pre-purchase readiness check, start checkout, read first-party setup help, and contact support.
Exact website access requested
humnminds.ai, HTTPS on port 443www.humnminds.ai, DNS and HTTPS, expected to redirect tohumnminds.aisales-os-onboarding-review.vercel.app, the unlisted Sales OS setup guide
Please allow DNS resolution and HTTPS by domain name. Do not allowlist a shared hosting IP. The hosting provider can change or share its IP addresses.
Expected checkout provider
A buyer who chooses to purchase is redirected from humnminds.ai to Stripe's secure hosted checkout on checkout.stripe.com. Stripe returns the buyer to a first-party HUMN Minds success or cancellation page.
Sales OS setup provider
The current Sales OS uses the Claude desktop app and the customer's own approved Claude account. The guide links to the official Claude download at claude.com. Claude access is separate from website access. Apply the employer's Anthropic policy and current Anthropic network guidance rather than a broad exception.
Transport and data boundaries
- The public site uses HTTPS.
- Stripe processes payment details.
- The Sales OS works from an exact customer-approved folder. HUMN Minds does not ask for broad drive access.
- Employees should not move employer data to a personal device or outside tool without employer approval.
- See the public security page and privacy policy.
If access fails
Please capture the smallest useful troubleshooting set:
- The employee's DNS result for
humnminds.ai. - A screenshot of the full block page or browser error.
- The local date, time, and time zone.
- The browser and version.
- Whether the device was on office, VPN, or home networking.
- The security product or web filter name and the block category or event ID.
Send that record to hello@humnminds.ai. A public DNS test cannot prove access from the affected employee's exact work setup.
