How the customer path is protected

• The public site and customer pages use HTTPS.
• Stripe handles payment details. HUMN Minds does not ask customers to send card details by email or intake form.
• Private customer downloads use time-limited links. The written setup path remains available if a company browser blocks an archive or video.
• The Sales OS runs from the customer's approved folder and Claude account. HUMN Minds does not need standing access to that working folder.
• Customers should use only data they are allowed to use. A company approval check happens before payment when needed.
• Website changes are checked before release, and public forms are limited to reduce automated abuse.

These are operating practices, not a claim of a security certification.

Report a security concern

Email hello@humnminds.ai with the subject “Security report.” Include the affected page, time, what you observed, and the smallest safe steps needed to reproduce it. Do not include passwords, security codes, payment details, or private client data.

Testing boundaries

This page and our security.txt do not grant permission for unrestricted testing. Do not disrupt service, access another person's data, use social engineering, upload malware, run high-volume scans, or test third-party systems such as Stripe or Anthropic. Ask for written permission before any active testing.

Privacy and access

Our privacy policy explains the information collected during visits, forms, intake, and delivery. Corporate IT teams can use the IT access brief for exact website domains and troubleshooting details.
