About HUMN Minds

Make room for
the human work.

We are Nick Labo and Daniel Borodyansky. Our work brings enterprise selling, coaching and practical AI together through public teaching, focused conversations and systems we build one at a time.

Why we do this

Your experience should stay useful.

We have both been coaching clients and enterprise sellers. We know how much of the work lives in someone’s judgment, voice and accumulated experience.

We started building AI workflows around our own work, then around the methods of coaches and businesses. Those projects inform what we teach: choose a useful problem, give AI the right context and keep a person responsible for the decision.

HUMN Minds was founded in 2025 and serves people across the United States, with operating bases in Seattle and Tampa.

Our approach

Useful work starts with context.

Teach in public

Watch our short lessons and guest appearances to see how we think about AI and human work.

Keep judgment with people

We use AI to support preparation, drafts and analysis. People check the source material and make the decisions.

Agree on the actual work

Speaking, systems and custom projects each need a clear scope. Paid sessions have a defined host, duration and purpose.
