What exactly arrives when I buy?
A complete working system, not a login. Your OS is a structured folder of plain files that Claude reads and writes: your accounts, your pipeline, your voice, and the skills that run your day. It is delivered on a live install call where we set it up on your machine, run your first war room with you, and hand you the keys.
What does it cost to run?
One honest line item: your own Claude plan, paid to Anthropic, from roughly $20 a month for Pro to $100 or more for Max. That is the engine your OS runs on. We help you pick the right tier on your install call, and nothing about running it is paid to us unless you choose maintenance.
Is the $97 maintenance required?
No. Your OS is complete the day it lands, and it keeps working if you never pay us again. Maintenance is for owners who want it to keep getting better without doing the tending themselves. Cancel anytime; you keep the OS, every update we ever shipped, and all your data.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Checkout offers Affirm and Klarna alongside card payment, so you can split the one-time price into monthly payments. That financing agreement is between you and the provider; the product and your ownership are identical either way.
What about my company's data rules?
We take this seriously, and the readiness check before checkout handles it. If the data is yours or your company has cleared you, you buy today. If your company needs to be in the loop, we route you to the team lane, where we build inside your company's approved environment with the paperwork your security team expects. We never build where you are not covered.
My company is on ChatGPT or Copilot. Am I stuck?
The current Sales OS v2 runs in Claude Cowork. If your company does not allow Claude or your computer cannot run the required desktop workflow, the readiness check stops before checkout and routes you to a human compatibility review. We will help evaluate the company lane, but we will not promise an untested substitute build.
