One local project. One Sales OS folder.

Your delivery email has the private download. The steps below match the current Sales OS and Claude Cowork setup.

This tutorial uses fictional sales data and the current Claude Cowork interface. Written steps remain available below.

After the local Cowork Project shows the right folder, pasted Instructions, Opus 4.8, and High, type this:

Open INSTALL.md and set up this folder.

Set it up

  1. Download the private ZIP from your delivery email and extract it on the policy-permitted computer where you will use it.
  2. Open the extracted folder. Use the inner product root that directly contains CLAUDE.md, INSTALL.md, Accounts/, and Pipeline/. Do not connect the ZIP, Downloads, a broad parent folder, or an outer wrapper.
  3. Open COWORK-INSTRUCTIONS.md, select all, and copy it.
  4. Install the current Claude desktop app from claude.com/download and sign in. Choose Chat & Cowork, open Projects, and click Create project. Name it [your first name] Sales OS, then click Use a folder.
  5. Choose the exact inner Sales OS folder. When Claude names that exact folder, choose Always allow. Choose Cancel for Downloads, a parent folder, or anything broader or different.
  6. After the folder connects, paste the copied text into the final Instructions box and click Create project. Paste it now because choosing a folder rebuilds the form and clears the earlier goal box.
  7. Choose Cowork. Open More models, choose Opus 4.8 and High, then type "Open INSTALL.md and set up this folder." Cowork checks both instruction revisions and runs Meet my OS before live deal work.
  8. When that check passes, type "Rank my whole book." Review your Focus 3, then open FIRST-WEEK.md for your next real selling moment.

If setup breaks after the folder loads, type "Fix my OS." If the folder will not load at all, reply to your delivery email. Do not widen folder access or move employer data to work around a block.
